MSC Field Allocation Fall of 2008

Dates and Times:

• Practice time for fields at Quail Run begins at 5:30PM and goes to 9:30PM.
• We have 3 fields from Sep 4 – Oct 31.
• Starting Nov 1, we will only have 2 fields, Jim to review field allocation then.
• Fields not available on: October 31 (Friday - Halloween), November 11 (Tuesday - Veteran's Day)

Rules

• If you are not going to practice on a particular night please let Jim Thames know as soon as possible.
• We can not sub-let any of the fields or lights to other teams.
• Tell your players not to go on the fields until the gates are opened by Mesa Parks and Recreation personnel – we need to be out of the park by 9:30 sharp!
• As per City of Mesa Parks we must only use the goal areas two nights a week – Therefore do not use the goal areas on Monday and Tuesday nights – Thank you
